When we start Outlook, we get the following message:
A recently installed program may cause Microsoft Office or other email-enabled programs to function improperly. Do you want Outlook to resolve this conflict?
We choose Yes to have Outlook resolve the problem and are told that Outlook is "unable to resolve" it.
How do we find what the problem is and how do we fix it so Outlook is no longer complaining.
