3300 MXe I have recently found out that users are unable to remotely access their personal VM Box using the * key. They dial in. Get their VM greeting then Press *Ext. number. Upon entering the * they are instantly sent to the main AA. Instead of receiving a prompt to enter their passcode. Any ideas, such as a remote access feature I'm missing? Thanks in advance.
