Unable to register SIP trunks

I have a site that has added SIP trunks but I cannot get them to register. I attach below the ITSP details they have given me

I haver set everythinng up to go out on LAN2 and the LAN2 IP Address is the first one below, with the gateway being the ITSP connectivity.

I have tried every method of association but to no avail.

Can any help

I am getting a message from Monitor that says:

SIP Line (17) NTD profile selected but discovery failed

I have run out of ideas with this one so any help would be appreciated
