Unable to read Station File 1

Hi

I've just encountered the following error whilst trying to update a record in the OTM Navigator -> System Administration window.

Error
Unable to read Station File: (Record locked by another user)

I was attempting to update this file when the application crashed.

Any suggestions welcome.

Had same problem in the past, re-boot OTM, should be OK.

I have shutdown the OTM software, started it up again, logged
back in and this had no effect.

Did you reboot the PC running the OTM s/w?

Yes, the PC running the s/w.

Yes, that solved the problem.

The PC had been running for 392 days so was probably due a reboot anyway!

Xanthium:
If you are not close by to the server running the OTM software, you could use a utility such as Microsoft's Uptime.exe to check the system remotely or your LAN.
