Unable to read application data record

Was hoping someone else has seen this. I have transferred a user's Palm data into Notes. I am setting his Calendar to BlackBerry Wireless Sync in the Configure PIM area. I hit Sync Now...during the Handheld Calendar Processing, an error pops up "Unable to read application data record".

Anyone know what this is?

Hi,
You should first have a look at article KB-02048 at

http://www.blackberry.com.

However, at my site, this error is resolved by making sure the user has local admin rights when we perform the first Blackberry sync. After this, it works without the local admin.
