Unable to reach Extension higher than 190 for one of the Incoming numbers 1

Hello not sure where to look, I have an incoming number, with a line group ID 170, when I call the number I can dial any extension lower than 190.
the line group ID is a SIP line.

any ideas where to start?
 

From the beginning.

When you call the number how does the system answer the call.

Is it answered with an Auto Attendant then you select your extn number.

Hello Ill try to provide as much info as i can, I have the number in the incoming call route, destination *96
the short code *96 is pointing to a specific start point that I created in the voicemail pro in this case it is called IVR_US see image below, so i have 2 options if 0 is pressed it goes to the reception and you can dial any extension, the option 1?? is pointing to the transfer and in the transfer I have the destination as $KEY

So you can't dial extensions 190-199? Only 100-199 would be dialable from how you have this setup so Im just making sure I even understand the issue. Extensions 190-199 are actually extensions in use? What happens when you dial one of these extensions?

@critchey correct im able to reach ext 100 to 190 when calling that number.
the extensions higher than 190 are in use, and I have the office main number's setup done the same as i have for the number with the problem, when I call the main number, i can reach every extension, it is only when i call this specific number and dial ext 229 for example the call just drops.

so dont even know if the issue is at the voicemail pro level or the manager. i could provide more screenshots if needed.

OK you just answered your own question. You are only allowing numbers 100-199 to be dialed based on the "1??" selector. If you want to allow 200s to be dialed you would need a "2??" selector. That is why you can't dial 229.

You could use ??? but you would want to add a logic test looking for an existing extension before transferring or you will run into dropped calls.

That is the problem in the first place. Limiting the choice. There is also the 'False' option that could route back to the entrance of the module. The draw back is they could hit a short code. But they would have to know too much. The average caller would never know that.

The issue was he wanted to dial 200 extensions with only a 1?? selector. Both 2?? and ??? would work. If you have extensions 200-299 a logic check is not needed. If you use ??? it is about 99.99% sure you need a logic check.
