Unable to print from PDF file

We have a PDF file on our website. It is encrypted such that people can open and print the file only. However, some people are reporting that they cannot print the file.

We made the file using Acrobat 6 and the user was opening the file with Acrobat 7.

Some people are able to print the document just fine, some are not. I don't know what the variable is.

I printed with Acrobat 7 fine. What excatly happens when they try to print. Error? No print window? ? ?

Not using Acrobat 5 any more, company I worked with went to 7.

But when you go to print a document, there is an option for Language on the print window, I believe what you are looking for is Language 1.

The option should be found near the bottom left hand corner of the print window.

Acrobat 7, does not have this problem, or so that I noticed yet.
