Unable to print Crystal Reports form in Windows 7

Hi All, I have a VB Crystal Reports form that works fine on XP machines but when I try to use it on my Windows 7 box the print button doesn't work, it just does nothing. I can view the report, export, etc, just not print.

Any Ideas?

Thinking of a couple of options:

Is the printer local or attached to a network?
If it's on a network, do you have proper permissions to print to it?
Do you have the most recent printer driver?
Have you tried to elevate the program to 'Run As Administrator'?


If at first you don't succeed, then sky diving wasn't meant for you!

The printer is attached to the network and I do have permissions to print to it but I don't think that's the issue because the print dialog box never appears. Also on these programs I don't have the option to Run as Administrator.

Have you also tried to adjust the compatibility mode of the program to XP?
