Unable to place LD calls across TIE

Working on 81C 4.5 with a tie configured D4/AMI to a Dialogic D3000 card, since we do not have pkg 409 it will not allow us to use NI2. We can made internal and local calls but no Long Distance. Here is a copy of the RDB and TN

You need to capture the data in LD 86, 87 and LD 90. Use my excel conversion utility guide to enable you to see what is going on.

since you can make locals but not ld, is the other end of that tie programed with an ncos or cls marks that limit ld's. your outbound trunk is ncos 4, what ncos do you use on stations to allow ld

Thanks John that was the problem. Just had to convince someone else that was the issue. Also tried NI2 but did not work and just found out we need PKG 409 and activate Plugin 205, that's suppose to make the other end think trunk is coming from the CO.
