Unable to Open Links in Internet Explorer 6

Can anyone assist - I'm unable to open some of my links in IE6 - All that I get will is an address and a blank screen. I'm unable to open the screen. I've attempted to repair Windows XP Home Ed, Internet Explorer6, reset Security Settings all to no avail. Any ideas and or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

JimJackson409, thks for your suggestions, I've tried it to no avail. I believe that it's somewhere in my security settings but I don't know where. Any ideas and or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
