Unable to open folder

I changed NT USER owner on a users mailbox so I could get in there and that worked fine. I changed it back and now he is getting Unable to open folder..I tried removing and adding NT User in Exchange Admin. I tried removing and adding profile in Outlook.. What else?
 
I am also getting errors on trying to open the information store on new mail boxes. Existing boxes work fine, but, if I create a new mailbox and try to access it in outlook I get the message - "The information store can not be opened".

Have you rcvd any responses to your post?
