I need some serious help of a situation.

I have a problem with one of my users trying to access a shared calendar in Outlook 2003. When I try to open a shared calendar it tells says "Unable to display the folder." I can open the shared calendar from my computer.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Outlook. I did all the updates. I tried the File menu to see if it would open the calendar there for me and didn't.

Is there anyone that has had this problem? What things would I need to fix this? Would it be something on the exchange server to check? Anything would be helpful.

How are you doing the sharing, by Delegate permissions or by granting mailbox permissions through A.D.?

So, assuming this shared calendar is attached to some bogus user account, you've gone into the Exchange Advanced tab of the shared calendar account and given the problem user "Full Mailbox Access"?

The user was not listed there. I added the user in and gave her Full Mailbox access. Then I called the user to see if she was able to access the folder and was not. She still receives the same message. "Unable to display folder

Tried it.

The funny thing is when I deleted the calendar from mine and tried to open it again it gave me the same message. But if I go to file open and select the shared folder that is listed(not file|open other user's folder)it works.

It doesn't make sense and I have to get this corrected?

Anymore things to try?

Try it from the other end. Open the mailbox that contains the shared calendar and set up Delegate permissions for yourself and the other user.

This is what I did and it worked. I logged in as the mailbox/calendar owner. Went into Tools | Options selected the Delegates tab and removed the users. I then readded the users. I logged in as one of the users that I added to the delegates and I was able to open the calendar successfully.
