Hi Guys

Im trying to open a list in datasheet view, all i get is an error any ideas

Can you provide some further details?

Such as:
[ol]
[li]What version of SharePoint?[/li]
[li]What kind of list?[/li]
[li]What level access do you have to the list/page?[/li]
[li]Are you the designer of that site?[/li]
[li]If no to the last question: Do you know what the list is supposed to be?[/li]
[li]And if you're not the designer, have you talked to the designer/editor of that site?[/li]
[/ol]

In addition to that

What is the exact error you are getting?
What version of Office are you running?

Have done all pc's have the same settings, this is what i find so odd

Well, something is different. [wink]

If the machines are all identical, have you tried logging in with the same user accounts? Perhaps it's a user account setting?
I mean Windows user account.
