Unable to move documents from folder to folder

Using Lotus Notes 6.5.5 I have a user who is unable to move documents from folder to folder. Moving from inbox to folder works fine. I have tried refreshing the database design and renaming the cache.ndk and the desktop6.ndk - without success.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi,

Need some more information,
a) Like are the folders with old design..
b) Did you check if "refresh design" is blocked from designer ?
3) is the problem with all folders


If it is a problem with particular folder, I would suggest to create a new folder and then try moving emails.

Moreover Are you using drag & drop for moving emails or selecting the email, then using Actions-Folder-Move to folder ?

1) Not sure what you mean by "old design"
2) "refresh design" is not blocked
3) Problem is with all folders to folders move - works fine with move from inbox to folder
4) Have tried both drag & drop and selecting the email then using the Actions-Folder-Menu
