Unable to modify files in Redirect folder 1

a user has suddenly (today) lost the ability to modify any files found in her Redirect folder..She is able to access the files and open them.

She also has an issue accessing Outlook .pst files which are also located in this same Redirect folder.

I figure that both issues are related.

She has a Windows 7 workstation. All has been workin fine. Nothing has been done to the computer other than MS Critical updates last week.

Most likely the user has exceeded their Quota for the folder.
Open the user account from the console and up the quota 1GB. Usually deafults to 2.0 GB, so move to 3.0 GB. They probably Archived email and that pushed them over quota.
