Unable to make toll free calls out of Quintum tenor of PRI line

Using a 6 port Quintom Tenor AF model, were proiving analog service over SIP through Nortel CS 1000. At present we have in coming calls and outgoing calls to 4 digit(internal network), 7 digit, in state 10 digit, out of state 10 digit, but we cannot seem to make toll free calls, 800, 866, 877. Everything appears to me to be set up correctly in NRS but, if you may think I could be mistaken please feel free to say hey? dumb ass, did you do this?

Sorry.. Let me add when monitoring an outgoing 800, 866, 877 call I recieve an Cause code 41 error

I should have trusted my initial instincts, appearently you have to add 10 digits to the translation table in the tenor. All set thanks for all your help
