Unable to make changes to BCM through Unified Manager

I am new to the BCM 400. I inherited an old system which a year ago I reconfigured for a company. I am now trying to access the BCM and make additional (simple) changes to the system and although I can login and see part of the configuration, there are other parts I cannot see. For example, I see the title Telephony Services but when I click on it, it doesn't expand or show me the DNs.

Please help!!! I cannot do any programming changes on the system.

your version of JAVA running on your machine is to high. I had the same issues on several BCM's down grade to lower version of java.
