Unable to login user 118 to CCMS

Hi all
I use Contact Center Agent Desktop to login, but fail with follow error:

Unable to login user 118 to CCMS.
The attempt to log into the Contact Center has failed or been refused.
Please consult your Administrator or refer to the CCMM Installation and Maintenance Guide (Troubleshooting).

Please help me.
 
Is 118 a valid agent id?
Is agent 118 logged in?
In the configuration parameters, do you have the box checked next to "Agents phoneset login required for ADD"?
In the configuration parameters, how many agents do you have set as the MAX, and how many are using ADD?

- 118 is a valid agent id and not login
- I have checked box "Agents phoneset login required for ADD"
- Max agents is 1000 and no agent use ADD
- Is ADD related to Contact Center Agent Desktop (CCAD) ??

Sounds like you just answered your own question.
If the Agents phoneset login required box is checked, then the agent must be logged in to use ADD.
You also stated that the agent was not logged in when testing.
Login the agent or uncheck the box and retest.
 
I restart server CCMS and CCMM, and it's OK. However, I don't know what error.
 
jimmypk, I have seen this problem after importing Contact Center Users into CCT, without following the correct procedure in the NTP for importing CC users into CCT. The fix is to shutdown/restart the CCMS services.
