Unable to log into UCM after initial set up

I have installed a Avaya ipo 500v2 8.0.43 with a UCM. I was able to log into the UCM when i did the initial set up in my office. I changed the ip of the UCM to 192.168.0.111.
WHen i go to a web browser and type in i am unable to log into it.
Any help would be appreicated.

Did you connect it to a network? Disconnect it and while on the network ping the address, if there is a reply ther are duplicate IP adresses. We had this problem and could not access the UCM at all.
 
The ip office is on the network. I tried pinging the ip but no response.Should i connect a patch cable from the front of the UCM to their network ?
 
In IP Office manager > control unit you can see the IP Address used by the UCM module, it must be on the same subnet as IP Office.
