HI Guys,
Im new here and an absolute newb to the Nortel Systems, I know enough for basic administration on it.
the issue I am having is I have a user who is unable to log into their ACD queue, when they hit the "In - Calls" button (M3905 handset) to log in nothing happens.
finally if they press one of the other keys to bring up one of their other extensions to call out, they dont have a dial tone.
I thought maybe it was the handset itself up first but replacing it didnt work.
any ideas?
