Unable to log in to Wallboard on CCR 6.1

The system won't let me log in to either wallboard or supervisor accounts. I have 1 Customer Service Supervisor Dormant. Any ideas?
 
Set the log out timer to a low value change the pw of logged in accounts including existing wb, assuming you get insufficient license error?
 
What release of CCR exactly? Have you tried upgrading to the latest 6.1.X.Y stable? If you can provide additional details...

Had similar issues with earlier releases with the "...insufficient license error.." message, and an update resolved that for me.

System is curently running 6.1.5.19
 
Have tried that several times. Have even reinstalled CCR
 
looks like you will need some SQL lovin to edit the user accounts
