Unable to log a user in / out via the tel

Good Morning

Does anyone know how to log a tel off and log a tel back in ?

I need the codes to log a user off so I can change the ext on that particular tel ( 5330 ) . I know to log in its ### Ext #

Any one know an easieri wAy of chanign ext # s?

I built a new profile for an ext and assigned a button to it so they can answer calls on the new and old ext . Now the old ext ( seperate company ) is going away and I need to activate the new ext profile on the tel .

Basic question but I cannot find anything in the standard documents etc .

Well I finally figured out how to Change extensions as it was a very simple process . If you copy the mac address , delete extension # 1 ( 1234 ) and in extension # 2 ( 5678 ) paste the mac into the field , then it will allow you to log in with a new extension number . If you do not delete the first extension then it will boot up with the same ext as it re populates the mac field from the download info form the existing tel .
