Unable to Locate program

There ia a user that cannot launch an Excel attachment. All other Office programs work fine. She is running Notes 5.0.10 and Office 97. When she clicks on the file, it asks her to view, launch, or detach. She can view and detach fine but when she goes to launch the program, Lotus is unable to locate the program. I have reinstalled Lotus with no luck.

Any ideas?

For our fix, I opened My Computer - View - Folder Option - File Types - Microsoft Excel Worksheet clicked edit - under actions - Highlighted Open and clicked Edit - Unchecked Use DDE. Closed everything and I was able to launch Excel. I would take down the information under the Use DDE incase it needs to be reentered.

That was my first instinct, the other was the 'Ignore other applications' check box in the Excel options. Glad you got it working!
