Unable to leave message sometimes on VM Light

Hi,
I am lost here. IP Office 403 and VM Light.
This morning someone tried to leave a voicemail on the extension (it happens only to one extension in the office - about 20 ext. total). It went into a loop and wouldn't allow the message to be left. After the person notified me, I tried and was able to leave the message, suggesting that the mailbox is not full, so that's not likely to be the reason it wouldn't accept the first try. It has happened before several times; I checked the size of the file for that extension - it is small, much less than the others.
Any idea how I can solve this problem?

What version 403? what version VM Lite? What OS is Vm on?When you checked the VM console window, what did is show for the call that failed? Does it always happen to that user?

VM Lite version 2.1
OS is Windows XP Pro
and this happens only to one extension.
I do not remember the ver. of IP Office (it is on remote location) but if this is important I can go there and get it.

Delete the mailbox and restart the VM.

I am not very familiar with IPO. Do I delete the subfolder with the user's name in Accounts folder?
