Unable To Install Office97 Completely

Here is the error I recieve after computer finishes downloading all the files off the CD,

The Configuration of the ODBC Microsoft Foxpro Driver (*.dbf) driver failed.

I have no idea how to fix this and have yet to find a solution on the net as yet.
