UNABLE TO INSTALL COBOLV3.exe ON WIN98 WIN95

I have downloaded cobolv3.exe 3 times - when I launch this self extracting file i receive the error
THIS PROG RAM HAS PERFORMED AN ILLEGAL OPERATION - AND stops.
IS THERE A LINK TO A ZIP FILE containing the hole software.

Hello,

my son has loadeed the free cobol 3 compiler one year ago and it has worked on win 98. I myself have an CD and this also works on WIN 98, WIN 2000 and WIN XP. Is there anything missing on your system ??
