Unable to Install Agent Accelerator on a machine running Citrix

On a 2000 Server, with Citrix, it appears that the Agent Accelerator will not install. It denies access. No problem installing on machines without Citrix. Any help would be appreciated.

Be sure to verify that the directory has the Administrative share set up. such as "C$". If it still won't install, you should be able to install it manually.

Remember ADD/REMOVE programs is the recommended method for installing software on Terminal Server. If you did not install BackupEXEC through this method you may experience problems installing the Accelerators
