Unable to get recorded calls initiated by GOIP Gsm Gateway on Avaya Contact Recorder

Hello,

Calls being initiated on E1 line is being recorded on avaya contact recorder but calls being initiated via the Gsm Gateway can't be seen on the Contact recorder. Checked further via SSH(winscp), the WAV file and XML file for the gsm gateway call in the same folder(CSIPOREC) with other calls but we are still unable to assess on contact recorder.

Please does anyone know what we can do to view the calls via contact recorder.

How is the GSM gateway connected? Call may be being seen as internal.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
