I'm try to program a PRI but I'm unable to establish the
D Channel. I'm using a MSDL card for the D Channel. Any suggestions?

Do a force download on the msdl

ld 48

enl msdl X fdl, but if you have other items on the msdl card, you might want to start with a force download of the dch.

ld 96

enl dch X fdl

Thanks, I've already done that. This is a pri that connects to a cisco box we have in-house. We are trying to setup a pri for video teleconferencing. I've tried everything I can think of to bring up the pri but I keep getting a red alarm and cannot get the dch to establish.

with a red alarm, don't need to worry about the d. you have a layer 1 problem.. get the copper right, then try to enl the loop. your db15, uses pins 1,3 9,11 to pins 1,2 4,5 on the rj45. might just need a roll 1,2 to 4,5 4,5 to 1,2 so your transmit is the far end rec. try a loop back plug at the back of your switch to test for a bad card. not the msdl at this point
