I installed crystal enterprise 10 standard. Installation and registration went thru fine. When I tried to publish a report it told me that the input server was disabled. I went to enable the server and I got invalid key or key expired. I emailed business objects customer server and they said it is a permanent key. Anybody has any idea on how I can resolve this? This is a new install.

Thanks,
Nelson

Did they say it was a permanent key for "crystal enterprise 10 standard"...?

On more than one occassion they have sent me keys for the wrong release/version.

Yes that's what they told me. If it was the wrong key code would it not reject the key code during the install?

Thanks,
Nelson

Not if it is for the wrong version (ie. PREMIUM key for STANDARD software)....
