Hi All,
I think am having an issue with my ARS routing but it is specific to one number range. when users dial 02 6152 XXXX, they get the message that the number is invalid or incomplete. I have tested this from my mobile and can tell it's a valid number because it will connect on the mobile.
On the controller, rel 7.2, SW 13.2.0.17, I have added a new ARS Digits Dialled entry:
Digits Dialled - 00261XXXXXX
number of digits to follow - 0
Termination type - Route
Termination no. - 2
I have confirmed in the ARS Routes form:
Route 2:
Medium - TDM Trunk
COR group 2
Digit Mod - 2
Compression Auto
Digit Mod Plan:
Digit Mod 2 - Number of digits to absorb = 0
I have also confirmed that the COR that the users are programmed with are not in the COR group 2.
There is another similar entry that shows digits dialled - 002 with 8 numbers to follow. This seems to work for all other local prefixes, except this one.
If anyone can see fault in my programming or can think of a reason why this wouldn't work, any help appreciated.
Cheers,
JCCDM
