Listed directory number (3000) points to tenant 1 with cor 1 with FRL 5 and tenant 1.

The station I am dialing from (3052) is having cor 1.

Tenant 1 has attendant 1 with cor 1.

Attendant 1 has night service enabled, which then points to hunt group 1 for night service.

Hunt group 1 has same cor 1.

list trace station 3052

12:13:45 dial 3000

12:13:45 dial 3000

Calls to other stations internally works fine (3152, 3056 etc.,)

When complete 10 digit DID for the Listed directory number is dialed, the call goes through.

When I change the station to a cor having FRL 7, the call goes through.

Could anyone please help?

I would start by making sure the COR that station 3052 is in can call the COR that 3000 is in.

display COR x- page 4, if calling permissions is set to N... change to Y.

see copy paste-

Hi Mike,

Thanks for the reply.

3000 is a listed directory number and doesn't have a filed where we can assign COR.

Hi,

Hardware - S8500

Version: R013x.01.4.642.1

Patch: 01.4.642.1-15756

Tenant Partition?

We had the same issue with FAC for logging out Agents in another Tenant Partition, I used Abbreviated Dial System list (with Privileged set to yes) and it solved my issue.
