I originally posted this under the Meridian System Forum but was directed to post here instead.
I hope this is the right place to post. I am currently having trouble with Meridan phone M7324. If I am calling out and directed to an automated message to select a number to be directed to a specific department it will not read that I have pressed a number. Here is an example of the situation:
I call out to a company, their phone is asking for me to Dial (1) for Accounts Payable, I press (1) on my phone, nothing happens and their automated phone menu continues to repeat options. It does not matter what number I have pressed, it will not direct me anywhere... I have tried to research and go through manual but I can't seem to figure it out! Does anyone know how to fix / troubleshoot this?

**EDIT*** Followed advice below - logged into feature A. Config and set the dial mode for each individual line to Tone.
