Unable to dial Ext (DN) from AA 2

Has anyone every seen an issue where only one extension is unable to be dialed from the Auto Attendant on a Nortel MICs but other extensions work fine?

Modular ICS with Mics 6.1 SW and a NAM. Site has extensions in the 4xx range. When a call comes in and is answered by Auto Attendant if you dial 422 you get a message that says "one moment please" and then is followed by "you have dialed an invalid extension". If you dial Ext 435 everything works fine, ring to Ext 435 and then goto VM if unanswered. Internally if you dial 422, you ring on Ext 422. If you verify the Ext number using Feature *0 it confirms it is Ext 422.

 
Can you dial any other 42x extension?
Also what is the software level of the NAM?
 
sometimes re-booting the voicemail solves these gremlins
 
Yes it is possible to dial other 4xx Extensions. Rebooting didn't help. Both great suggestions though. Turns out the CCR tree seemed to be the cause. When CCR 1 was disabled dialing worked fine and when it was re-enabled problems returned. Looked through programming and couldn't find anything and we set up CCR 2 in its place.
