I am unable to dial out to a specfic number from behind the PBX. I have looked in the restricted call list and and check the COR .. what else am I missing ?

I can dial all 11 digits but then a second or two after the last digit is dialed I get the wave off tone ( turkey tone ). I tried TACing directly on one of trunks in the route pattern and I still get the waive off.. although when I tac out on my Emergency power failure telephone trunk I am able to complete the call ... this leads me to belive that I have a translation that is affecting this dial string somewhere..

I am running a Def G3V6i

Any suggestions would help.

Try looking in your ARS table, you may find the number is denied.

Display ars ana xxxxxxxxx

lever.

Hi

Did you check the FRL value on the station COR and the trunk COR?

Also check the Total MIN and Total MAX digits in the ARS table if you are using one. OR you can check the Digits Deleted/Digits Inserted on your route pattern.

OR you can check it out with your vendor for this particular trunk.
