A friend has an old laptop that was working fine. Her son-in-law decided it suited him to add a partition to the tiny hard drive. Since then, she has had nothing but problems with it. The BIOS only recognizes his partition (H drive)and not the C drive. In "My Computer", they both show up. Both my brother and I have tried to delete the partition with FDISK so that the drive can be reformatted. FDISK is not allowing the partition to be deleted. Any ideas?
