I have a digital line I am trying to remove, but I get the following message:

NOT ACCEPTED
ODN IS
MULTIPLE REPRESNTED

I have followed the manual by removing all the speed dials etc, does anyone have any ideas how I can get around this?

Thanks

You'll find it's being monitored by another extension. Do a SUDIP:DIR=xxxx; and you'll see who's monitoring at the bottom and which key they're on.

Send KSMDP:MDN=xxxx;

Where XXXX is the directory number you're trying to end -- the printout will show what other digital sets the extension appears on. KSMDE:MDN=xxxx,DIR=XXXX; will end the multiple representations so you can end the original extension.

Good luck,
