When I go to delete and unused acd queue I receive code sch3765. The code states that I need to remove the target tables first. I'm not sure what it means by target tables. Does anyone know where I can find these tables so I can remove them.?

This is the queue that I am unable to delete.

Go to LD 11 and prt DNB - 4300

You will see the Position IDs of all the sets that have 4300 as their default ACD Queue, you have to manually chg their queue assignments, 4300 must have no members before you can out it.

Here is the printout of the dnb.

In LD 10, you might look to see if you have something like this;

HMDN x..x Home Directory Number
Sets the DN as a valid MCDN network DN

This is what I get when I print the NACD in ld 23. When I call 4300 I get ring no answer.

ACD DN # : 4300
TABLE NAME: D
ENTRY NO TARGET ID TIMER VALUE STATUS REGISTERED

1 2000 60 LOCAL OK

2000 is our pilot number to vm (Call Pilot). I printed it and there was reference to 4300. I also printed the DFDN of 2005 and also no reference to 4300. I then printed all 9 TNs that are associated with 2005 and still no reference to 4300. I've also printed every acd queue and cdn and no reference to 4300. I am going to continue to look through other areas of the PBX that might have some sort of reference to 4300. I will keep you posted. Thanks for all your help.

Sorry about the the NACD paste. I missed the last part of the printout. Here is what is printed out when I print the NACD of 4300.

ACD DN # : 4300
TABLE NAME: D
ENTRY NO TARGET ID TIMER VALUE STATUS REGISTERED

1 2000 60 LOCAL OK

NO NITE TBL

Where is the 2005 coming from? What's your concern with 2005?

2000 is a CDN and is the that is dialed when accessing your VM box. 2005 is an ACD queue with 10 call pilot "agents"/ports. 2005 is the DFDN of 2000 CDN.

So This isn't a unused ACD. This is your call pilot ACD. Don't mess around with this or you will have big problems on your hands. If 2000 is the CP pilot DN, and for some reason the call pilot won't aquire that ACd, then 2005 will perform default routing. These are all valid ACD's, so like I said, just leave them be. But through all this, at least you know now huh!

4300 is not the callpilot acd q, since when does cp acd q only have 1 agent?

4300 is a nacd entry, the reason you can't delete it is because you have a entry 1 in the day table. you have to remove all table entry before you can delete the acddn just like the sch code states.

do a chg and x out entry 1, then delete 4300 if you still wanting to delete it.
