I have a BCM 400 release 4.0 which I am unable to connect to element manager in either of the Ethernet ports 1 or 2 directly to the BCM or through the customers network.
voicemail, IP phones and all other BCM services running fine.
I rebooted the BCM in that did not make any difference.
I am able to connect with the BCM monitor but just not with element manager any ideas?
