Dears,

I am unable to connect Remote Desktop from AVAYA SAL, seems like port 10000 is blocked on laptop - see in below snippet.

I run 'netstat -an' and 'netstat -an | findstr :10000' but did not get the port on result, means it's not in used.

Already uninstalled the AVAYA SDM and Anydesk, and disabled Windows Defender and Antivirus as well - but no any luck to fix.

Please help me out.

Your screenshot shows that it is mapped to 127.0.0.1:3389. Put that into RDP client (3389 can be omitted as its RDP's default port).

You should be using the Enhanced SAL V2. It actually maps the customer's IP to your PC through SAL.

I fixed it by enabling RDP on laptop.

Go to Windows Settings, then go to Remote Desktop and enable it.

After that I am able to access via 127.0.0.1:10000
