Unable to configure network printers

I have PC's running 2K Pro tapping into a network. When I try to configure the PC for my printers on the network it says I am unable to connect to the printer. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

What happens when you try to ping the printer's IP?

Yes I am able to ping the printer from my PC.
