Unable to call value in subform

I am using this line to call a value.

=[Forms]![SubFormAppliedCatergories]![CatergoryCombo].[Column](1)

This works when the form is standalone. When I place this fomr in a different form (FormCheck)as a subform I get a #name? error.

What am I missing?
