We are trying to get a route from a form to dial on pstn but not able to get it working.

if we use 9 + number it does not work.

we try to use the ACOD number on the trunk and nothing.
I tried on anothe trunk using the ACOD and it works. What parameters should I be looking for in both configurations to find out why is not working one way and working the other?

Regards

CD

One easy way is to build an ACD with a non DID extension, then NCFW to the number you want to send it. That usually gets around changing security access on the CP and also does not use up a DID number. Doing it the way you were wanting to, could open you up to hacking and big phone bills if you are not very careful.

Thanks for your prompt response.

I have done this and it does not work. I am trying to get it using the AC1
and the direct access to the trunk from ACD and nothing. I am wondering if there is something in the trunk that is not allowing it to go

In your ACD just use AC1 + number don't also add the Trunk ACOD.

Keep in mind those Call Pilot agents have TGAR and NCOS assigned to them. They have to be able to make the call based on this.
