Have you tried restarting webserver? or a reboot?

yes i have restarted web Server it's on Pend Status
But i Didn't Reboot the Mitel Controller.
Thanks for your Response

Do you have recent backup?
I had a controller recently with the HDD going on it which I couldn't restart the WebServer.
I had to rebuild and restore from backup.

You could try and FTP into the system to get one.
/vmail/temp/db/archive/Ipera3k.dba

Save it and rename to .tar

Thank you so much for your support but i could not find Ipera3k.dba file in this location

If you do not have a file at that location then the system has never performed a backup.

Not good.

Also - Filezilla Client is great for FTP sites.

Thank you Guys for your quick response i have the backup from june after that we change some names and small things.
There is no other way to resolve this issue and also if i restart the Mitel Controller what will happen?

Most than likely restarting the controller will be fine.
It's a just in case scenario that if for some reason there is an underlying problem with the HDD then you may have to replace and rebuild/restore.

Another tell tail sign of HDD going is issues with voicemail (embedded).
Are there any issues with leaving messages in mailboxes?

No they don't have any issue with leaving messages in mailbox and there is no alaram also.

It's should be safe to reboot.
You can wait for other peoples thoughts first if you like.

Thanks Sarond for your kind Support.
I had never face this issue for past 8 years.

A reboot can fix a lot of strange issues, always worth a shot if nothing else works (just make sure you have a backup on hand first, just in case).
