Unable to bring up the ETD editor in e*Gate4.5 .

We recently installed e*Gate 4.5 on a PC with Windows NT. The installation went fine. Everything seems fine however the ETD editor does not come up. NO errors either. I thought maybe it is something with jIntegra but how do I check if the jIntegra service is running? Anyone have any other ideas?

If JIntegra is running yu can check it in ControlPanel->Services

You can try running the ETD editor outside of e*Gate Enterprise Manager by running egate\client\bin\EventTypeDefinitionEditor.exe and if that works you might want to reinstall the GUI.

Having a similar problem. Currently in 2nd week of conversation with eGate support UK.
Will let you know if/when I crack it!
