Unable to back up other servers with Arcserve 2000 1

I get this message when I try to back up other servers after adding them to preferred sahres/machines, from one server running NT 4 server, Arcserve SP2, OFM & SQL agent, all properly registered.

W3905 Skip Node or Agent (\\servername) - Not supported in this Edition.

You can back up multiple servers from one, so there must be a reason for this. Any ideas anyone?

Howdy,

One possible cause is you are trying to back up other servers with the workgroup edition. This edition only backs up workstations and the server it is installed on.

If you want to backup servers as clients, you need the advanced edition.
