Unable to attach to server

I have 18 machines that I can attach to and 1 I can NOT. Trying from a workstation or server I get the message:
"Unable to attatch to device "Name of device" at this time. Another user or backup exec may be accessing the workstation or it may not be running the agent software"

I have tried uninstalling the agent on the workstation and reinstalling it.

Any Ideas?

When trying to attach to BE, are you trying to access a local or network server. Locally, the message occurs if the BE service isn't running. Try stopping and starting the services and retry. [sig][/sig]
