Unable to attach to \\Server\Microsoft Exchange Mailboxes

I'm using BENT 8.0 and Exchange 5.5 SP3 (seperate servers). The back ups of the mailboxes worked fine up until late last week. The Exchange Agent is installed and again this has all worked for months without problems. Also the Microsoft Exchange System Attendant service is running on the Exchange server. I found the technote id:238741 that concerns this on veritas site but it was of little help. I have also tried rebooting both servers but again no go. Thanks for any help you can give.

Can you manually browse inside BE into the mailboxes?

No I get the same error that it is unable to attach and to enter the unique mailbox name for this account which I type in but it just keeps repeating and won't let me in.

FYI I reinstalled the Exchange Agent on the backup server then rebooted and still can't attach.

Well I finally found the cause of the problem: I "hid" the backup mailbox in Exchange so as no internal e-mail would be sent there by mistake, seems that was a big mistake as it caused my problem and I of course forgot I did that earlier.
