Unable to attach to Information Store, Access Denied

I'm running BE 8.6 on WINNT server network. The weekly fulls run okay, but it seems once every week when running diffs, it won't connect to a servers information store. It gives the message "Unable to attach to \\MCRDSD13E\Microsoft Exchange Information Store.
Access is denied." I can fix the problem by running a full, then running the diff again, but what the heck is causing this???

Are you running BUE 8.6 Build 3878 on Win2K Server and Exchg 5.5 SP4 on NT?

I have this exact problem? Any ideas?

No, we're running Winnt Server with Exchange 5.5 sp4. The backup exec is 8.6 and I'm not sure where to find the build #. What is the sigifigance fo the build # anyway?? Like I said, I know how to fix it, but it's just a temporary fix.
 
I've been nosing around exchange and it seems to have something to do with the exchange log files. Whenever the full backups are done, exchange deletes the old ones to make room for the new ones.
Did you check your server to make sure Circular Logging isn't enabled??
