Could someone please help or point me in the right direction with the error that I get with Veritas.

Veritas Ver 9 (4367)

The above error occurs when I de-select a server from the backup schedule. The backup runs and produces the error, on checking the configuration of the backup again the server is re-selected??

This isn't the first time this has occured, everytime a server is removed from the network and then removed from the backup schedule the error appears, and unable to de-select from backup.

The only way around this problem at the moment is to create another job and delete the original.

Any help would be appreciated.

Many Thanks

Phil

Are you de-selecting the server using the Graphical view format? If so select Text view and try deleting it.

If it doesn't leak oil it must be empty!!

Thanks that was what I was looking for. All tested and working. Many Thanks again.

I was getting "Unable to attach to H:." after a colleage deleted a redundunt drive. I recreated the job, but still failed each night. Just read NortonES2's post and checked the text view; the H: drive was still there, so deleted. Thanks NortonES2....
